This house was based on a floor plan I found online. I was going for simple but charming, with the hopes of it being a starter home. It didn’t quite make it and I’ll guess that’s partly due to the foundation and minor landscaping. I didn’t want to upload some bare piece of land, however, so if you’ve got a family with a little more money than those just starting out, this one is for them.
Only the necessities have been furnished with kitchen cabinetry and bathrooms, and there is space for a small fenced in garden behind the garage.
