Maxis Makeover Building Challenge November Lot Suggestions [Voting closed!]

I've decided to open suggestions now so there's ample time to not only recommend lots but vote on them before the month starts.

For Sims3 players who might not want to go in game and gawk at every single house, you can check out Summer's Little Sims3 Garden's huge lot listings to narrow it down and look at interiors.

A tiny little cabin in the woods not far from the water tower. It's such a small space to work with and could be interesting to make something unique.

I just want to say I would allow the removal of the bizarre angled walls that stretch between both roofs. They're kind of roof pieces anyway, but just wanted to be clear.
