The basement one (though it's 2 bedrooms over 2 floors) is like 12k for unfurnished. I'm actually not sure if that means the kitchen and bathroom will still be there, but it still seems a bit high. I think it was 26k furnished. There really isn't much in that place as it's pretty small, so it must be counting something it shouldn't.

The house looks nice though. From the outside it does seem like your building has improved I really like the walls you choose for the outside. Ha, and I see the Lancer in the driveway. Jay would approve

but yea. I'm liking that you can stretch walls out without tearing stuff down. it is much different then it originally looked when I redid it.
I love those counters with the exception of that little flaw. I wonder if someone should tell them :/

Funny it looks okay on their site. I'll check in my game in a little bit. I'm not going to send them a message because I'm sure they'd see they've never had my email in their records and know I didn't pay for it
