Hi,
Glad your site it back up. I have of course been downloading (cause I have issues, don't judge me). I looked at the resource section but did not see what I was looking for. Under the objects section you have lots of books, and other very interesting items in your photos. I can't capture them to actually do a WCIF not sure why I can't save the pictures (has a clue why). Was wondering if you could help me out, that is if I am making any sense. :)

The downside of the theme using lightbox, unfortunately :/
You could paste the links to the page and I can see if I still have the PSD files. If they're pretty old I might not, but if they're on the newer side I probably will.

The set has both. I'm just not sure if the flower has been recolored or not. Pretty sure it's not Nymphy's though.

I'm gonna have to go in game at some point to find out what the others are. I think the last candles on the holders might be from avienda sims, which is also gone, but I'm not 100%.

Yes that is very true. I have never really been able to use the forum like I should properly but I get around okay.

I understand why some creators had their own sections, but sometimes it was hard to find things. Seemed like it would've been better with a setup more like GOS. At least then you'd just go to the furniture section and look until you find it. Granted each section would've been like 50+ pages, lol.

OMG GOS is something like a black whole of downloads. Everytime I go there I end up spending so much time just downloading. It's one of my greatest download spots. I love it as well as sims cave.

Lol, same here. I know a good part of it is that if I can't find something I remember in the regular download areas I have to comb through all the themes, advents, and secret santa things. Found some good stuff I forgot about in there!

What I should not do but I do is just download the entire 35 page post....Yes it's that bad. That's why I love WCIF's. I am a sick person and should be stopped. Now that I have your stuff I am going to put everything in the game, lol.....I can't be stopped inserts evil laugh......

I haven't opened mine in a while. Kind of nervous to with my stupid computer randomly bluescreening again. Always so worried it'll happen when I have boolprop cheats open.

Oh sorry to hear that. I hate the bluescreen of death. I was sick this week bad back spasms, I did manage to get some of my downloads back in the game and now I plan on putting more lol. Good luck with your game. I really don't know how to use boolprop cheat that well. :( I am an old noob.

Eeep, glad it's getting better! At least I hope so.
I mostly use it to put things off the grid when decorating. I don't really bother with trying to do fancy builds anymore.

I use it in TS4 for maxmotives I think but I only used the money cheat and move objects until recently lol.

Right now I don't have anything in the game, but I don't really feel like I have all that much in general. I don't want it to get insane like Sims2 is.

Yes definitely insanity is not the goal for TS4. I can honestly say I am way past looniebin for ts2 though.

I don't think I've downloaded any Sims2 stuff recently, but if I see something on tumblr I think I'll need or want later I reblog it so I can get it when I'm ready.

How very right you are! There was an apartment mod for Sims4 that I reblogged for later, and it was gone when I went back to get it. The page said they were going to update it but I don't believe it's been finished.

That's why I collect stuff so frequently now. Good thing for the graveyard and simscave but they don't have everything....but I wish they did. I am meaning to get over to bps before it's too late.

I used to. Until a couple years ago I had a massive hoard of zip files all the way back to my Sims1 days.

You know I still have that even my ts1 disk. I don't play ts1 but I have them just in case I ever go back to them.

That game was cool. Maxis/EA abandons a lot of good things when they don't get good revenue. We would sale furniture for cheap, throw parties. It was a cool game.

I have trouble finding a lot of it. Collection files help but not everyone makes them :/ I wish there was an easier way though.

You could make your own file I guess. I also am troubled with locating the stuff and end up not even thinking about it.

No worries. I have some more that I need found but not from your album. I am really thinking of building a strip mall with some interesting stories. I don't want all the stores on the same lot because of load time. I can't wait to get some goodies.....

You know it's funny I was okay with bps closing until they closed now I need a lot of stuff I never got from there.....Most likely the light is labeled something you would not think of.

I think people who were still creating just set up in their own places, but I'm not sure about the retired people. I know someone started backing up on a tumblr archive but bps people didn't seem thrilled about it so I'm not sure how much they got in there.

You are absolutely correct. BPS archives is gone :(. That's the one thing about tumblr people take their toys and never come back. I hope saving the sims will have all of the stuff but it's hard not to look at a link for bps and want to go there but hey what do I know. It's too many sim sites. I never wanted a site I was content with just downloading but once I started creating I wanted to post my stuff somewhere but I still haven't created my own site. I lack talent to be amazing in the creation department so I guess I am okay with my wall stickers and paintings. I think if I could follow a tutorial I could try my hand at meshing but my patience is not the best when it comes to stuff like that. I would rather have someone standing over me telling me to do stuff until I got it.

Mm, I see they aren't. I followed a link to the archive earlier today and now there's all this completely random things on it that have nothing to do with sims. I was like, what? o.O

I think I will post a request at one of the forums. I tried making some skaters following a table tutorial it didn't work out that well. I said for get it.

I meant skates. Tiff wanted some ice skates so I went online and found a 3D image and attempted something. It was a complete and total failure.

I believe it was OBJ. The thing is I knew nothing about meshing and should not have tried a major project. It's crazy that I think I can do whatever but I really can't.

Do you still have the file? It came as an obj already, it didn't have anything for like 3d studio max, blender, etc?

Um I probably do still have the file. It was an obj., today when I get home from work I will look for the I will look for the link.
On a sad note I tried to add all of junk back into the game and it would not load. So not I have to go back through sifting the stuff I really like. The only part that seems to be a problem is that everyone slaves stuff to the weirdest objects so if I delete the slave and I don't realize it it creates a hassle. I don't think I will have a lot of down time this weekend as I am projected to work both Saturday and Sunday.

Yes! On one hand I like being able to save space, but on the other it can make sharing things kind of difficult, especially houses. Slaved bodyshop stuff isn't so bad case if you don't have the master it will at least show you the shape of something to give you a glimmer to identify it, but I find objects painful. All slaved things should have text in the description so you can find it.

I totally agree with you. Someone had slaved items to sip 7. I found the meshes and installed and then realized that I didn't like the set after all. What a waste of time.

I have a set slaved to one of their tables but I can't remember which number it's from. I liked the table and some of the new slaved stuff but I very rarely use them.

Yup or the creator hasn't played the sims since 2011, the site is dead, and a person has the mesh but will not share. Maybe that's just my drama, lol.

Nah it definitely happens often. I wish I still had a lot of the archive zips I had been hoarding, but I got rid of them all to have more space for... well, I don't remember what. I'm sure a lot of the stuff I have in my game isn't even available anymore.
