The Sims Network (http://www.simsnetwork.com/simpedia/the-sims-4/editions/the-sims-4/previews/sims-camp-the-sims-4-build-mode%20) has posted an article previewing Sims4's build mode from the Sims Camp.
Highlights are the ability to add foundations to an existing house without needing to demolish anything, different wall heights on various stories, the new build types for walls and fencing -including rounded edges, weee! Also of note, while you can change the pitch and curve of each roof piece, you can now change the roof texture per roof piece, and there are some nice looking trims.
Alternately, there are some things I'm not sure about. Namely, the magazine catalog. While it sounds interesting to buy your items like out of an Ikea catalog, I have a feeling it would get old to do it like that fairly quickly. There is as yet no create a style but that doesn't mean there wont be one... I just wonder what they would choose to do instead.
